STANDARDIZED OPERATING PROCEDURE FOR PURCHASERS OF REAL ESTATE
Pursuant to New York State Real Property Law §442-H Staley Real Estate LLC (the “Broker”) hereby publishes the following Standard Operating Procedure, which is made available on all publicly accessible websites and mobile applications maintained by the Broker, including those of its licensees and affiliated teams. In accordance with applicable law and brokerage policy, the Broker advises as follows: Identification Requirements
The Broker does not require prospective purchasers to provide identification as a condition of being shown or viewing properties. Buyer Representation Agreement
The Broker requires execution of a non-exclusive buyer brokerage agreement prior to or in connection with the provision of buyer representation services. Financial Pre-Qualification
The Broker does not require prospective purchasers to provide mortgage pre-approval or proof of funds prior to property showings. However, prospective purchasers are advised that individual property owners or listing brokers may require pre-approval and/or proof of funds prior to scheduling showings and/or as part of any submitted offer.
